“On this special occasion celebrating the birth of Babasaheb Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar, the visionary behind our Constitution and an extraordinary nation-builder, I send heartfelt greetings and good wishes to all citizens,” the president expressed in an official statement.

His initiatives for social reform aimed to construct an equitable India through a constitutional foundation emphasizing rule of law, civil liberties, gender parity, and the empowerment of the disadvantaged.
Birla acknowledged Ambedkar as a distinguished architect of the nation, emphasizing his life’s embodiment of a distinctive quest for social justice. “He was the champion of the voiceless and disenfranchised, devoted to upholding their rights. In the Constitution, he provided us with a guiding beacon, serving as an exemplar for democracies worldwide. His legacy continues to guide us today. It is incumbent upon us to adhere to his path and actively strive to create a comprehensive society and a prosperous India,” stated the Lok Sabha speaker.
