Intricate details reveal that the diligent operatives of the NIA, accompanied by the indigenous constables of the Jammu and Kashmir Police and the stalwarts of the Central Reserve Police Force, orchestrated multiple incursions on the Monday dawn within the heartlands of Central Kashmir, namely Srinagar and Budgam districts. These forays transpired as integral segments of an ongoing scrutiny into the realm of militancy under the case moniker RC 5/22.
Reports have indicated that the ambit of this operation has enfolded no less than nine precincts within the enclave of Srinagar district. Meanwhile, in the precincts of Budgam district, the tides of inquiry ebbed towards the village of Sozeith, converging upon the abode of the erstwhile militant, Abdul Majeed Dar.
