PM Modi’s itinerary encompasses addressing electoral assemblies in Patiala, Gurdaspur, and Jalandhar during his biennial sojourn.

The Samyukta Kisan Morcha has convened a session in Patiala to finalize their blueprint concerning their mass gathering slated for Jagraon on the 21st of May. The premier’s inaugural assembly is earmarked for Patiala, with farmers bracing themselves to vociferously oppose it.
Farmers’ requisitions: The agrarians persistently oppose PM Modi and the BJP administration’s doctrines, now gearing up to counter PM Modi’s assemblies in Punjab. This development unfolds amidst the full-throttle electioneering by various factions for the Lok Sabha polls. PM Modi is slated to convene a congregation in Jalandhar on the 24th of May. Stringent security protocols are being enforced in Jalandhar in light of the Prime Minister’s visit.
Preceding PM Modi’s arrival, local law enforcement issued an alert and escalated security measures. Two contingents from the Gujarat Police arrived in Jalandhar on Sunday. According to insider reports, the comprehensive oversight of PM Modi’s assembly will be entrusted to the Gujarat Police. Nevertheless, officials indicate that police contingents from other regions are being deployed to Punjab for the elections.
