In the urban expanse of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, an individual found himself apprehended on charges of ruthlessly assaulting his younger sibling within the confines of their in-progress dwelling, embroiled in a familial discord in the Nishatganj district, as disclosed by local authorities. The protagonist of this distressing narrative, Raj Kishore, a well-documented figure with a history, arrived at the construction site accompanied by his spouse, Sushma, and daughter, Kajla, only to be incensed upon observing that his junior kin, Babu Yadav, had tethered a bovine creature to the ground level.
Through a consensual agreement, the upper tier was designated to Raj Kishore, while the lower realm fell under the dominion of Babu Yadav. The equilibrium was disrupted when Raj Kishore, agitated, engaged in a verbal altercation. Responding to the commotion, Babu’s wife, Kusum, and their progeny, Muskan, endeavored to mediate but found themselves subjected to Raj Kishore’s aggression, wielded through the medium of bricks.
Persistently wielding a brick, Raj Kishore relentlessly assailed Babu until the latter succumbed to the onslaught. Subsequently, the accused and his familial cohort hastily departed the scene, leaving Babu to be swiftly transported to the KGMU trauma center, where his demise was officially pronounced by SHO Mahanagar, Akhilesh Mishra.
DCP Raveena Tyagi of the Central Zone elucidated that the perpetrator was promptly apprehended, and a culpable homicide case was registered against him. “We are in the process of interrogating the accused,” she added. The daughter of the victim, Muskaan, lamented that Raj Kishore frequently engaged in disputes with her father.
