Amidst the persistent conflict between Israel and Gaza, the Indian Embassy in Tel Aviv issued a directive on Tuesday for Indian nationals in Israel, urging those situated in the border regions to promptly relocate to secure zones within the country, citing the ongoing volatile circumstances, as communicated by the embassy.

“In light of the existing security landscape and local safety recommendations, it is strongly advised for all Indian nationals in Israel, particularly those engaged in work or visiting areas bordering the north and south, to undertake relocation to areas deemed safe within the Israeli borders. The Embassy maintains active communication with the Israeli authorities to ensure the well-being and safety of our fellow nationals,” emphasized the advisory issued by the embassy.

Additionally, the Embassy furnished a 24×7 Emergency helpline with the contact number +972-35226748 and Email: cons1.telaviv@mea.gov.in for any further guidance or clarification.

“As an alternative, individuals may engage with the hotline provided by the Population and Immigration Authority of Israel at Tel – 1700707889. Furthermore, the Embassy urges Indian nationals residing in Israel to disseminate this advisory through their local networks, ensuring broader circulation,” appended the embassy.
