Responding to this exigency, Afghanistan declares the establishment of a committee encompassing various ministries to redress the ravages, especially pertinent to livestock proprietors. A substantial sum of fifty million Afghanis is earmarked by the authorities to provide succor to livestock keepers in Balkh, Jawzjan, Badghis, Faryab, and Herat provinces.
