Through an official declaration, GV Prakash has now affirmed their separation via his Instagram profile. This proclamation transpired a tad beyond a month preceding their eleventh matrimonial anniversary.
“In the wake of thorough contemplation, Saindhavi and I have resolved to part ways following an 11-year marital voyage,” articulated GV in an official communiqué disseminated on May 13. The declaration elucidates that the couple’s resolve was consensual. “We acknowledge the perceptible rift burgeoning between us, yet are convinced that this delineates the most judicious course for our individual trajectories. Your empathy and solidarity are of paramount significance throughout this arduous juncture. We extend our gratitude,” it further articulated.
He concluded the declaration by beseeching the media, confidants, and enthusiasts to apprehend and honor their seclusion amidst this profoundly intimate metamorphosis. GV Prakash and Saindhavi cultivated affection from their academic days and formalized their bond in 2013. In 2016, they ushered in their inaugural progeny, Avni, a daughter. Saindhavi is an adept exponent of Carnatic melodies, while Prakash garners acclaim as a vocalist and performer.
The duo collaborated on myriad ventures and spawned numerous chart-topping harmonies. For the uninitiated, GV Prakash is the scion of Oscar laureate AR Rahman. His matriarch, AR Reihana, stands as the elder sibling of the seasoned maestro.
