Within this discussion, he candidly discussed his romantic life, disclosing that he is currently navigating the single life. Kartik has frequently found himself in the spotlight due to speculation surrounding his relationships with various co-stars, including Sara Ali Khan, Ananya Panday, and Janhvi Kapoor.

During a promotional interview, Kartik addressed persistent rumors regarding his romantic entanglements, remarking, “At one point, my personal life was extensively discussed. From then until now, it’s been the same narrative. I haven’t even pursued private relationships. At the moment, I’m simply wandering around, perhaps a bit apprehensively.”

He elaborated on the complexities of dating within the confines of fame, where limited interactions hinder genuine connections. “After gaining fame, your interactions diminish significantly. Your days become encapsulated within that realm. Despite wealth and fame, love cannot be purchased… I’m currently not involved with anyone. Despite being labeled a romantic hero, I’ve had little luck in love. Hence, I believe I must encounter the right person whenever that opportunity arises.”
