Once again, she is poised to grace the screen in a formidable role as the protagonist in the film “Article 370.” Unveiled on Thursday, the trailer, steeped in suspense, deftly unravels the tapestry of social and political upheaval surrounding the enigmatic Article 370. Following an overwhelmingly positive response to the teaser, the movie is slated for theatrical release on February 23, 2024.

Within the confines of a two-minute and forty-second visual narrative, Yami Gautam finds herself ensnared in the labyrinth of political instability emanating from the special status of Jammu & Kashmir. The hurdles confronting both the military and political factions in their endeavor to nullify this status form the crux of the plot. The trailer tantalizingly promises a riveting political thriller, meticulously tracing the sequence of events that culminate in the revocation of Article 370. Yami Gautam captions the trailer with the resonant words, “Poora ka poora Kashmir, Bharat desh ka hissa tha, hai aur rahega.”

The trailer not only showcases Yami’s stellar performance but also draws inspiration from real-life occurrences.
