In a resounding address at an electoral rally in Nanded, Maharashtra, the Prime Minister, fervently backing Mahayuti candidate Prataprao Patil Chikhlikar, remarked, “During the initial phase of the Lok Sabha polls, a definitive slant towards the BJP-NDA was palpable nationwide. Encouraging the populace to turn out in robust numbers for the ensuing six voting phases, the Prime Minister, cognizant of familial obligations and agrarian duties, implored citizens to draw inspiration from the unwavering sentinels stationed at the frontiers, braving extreme climatic adversities.

“I maintain that voters ought to cast their ballots with the realization that their electoral participation is not a mere gesture of benevolence but a pivotal step towards fostering a luminous future for our nation,” he asserted. Furthermore, he urged political adversaries to engage in the electoral milieu in the interest of upholding democracy. “Do not despair and abstain from campaigning due to anticipated defeats. Every defeat bears the seed of future service to the people. Thus, despondency is futile,” he contended.

“To those candidates on the precipice of an impending defeat, I beseech you to implore the masses to vote in unprecedented numbers. The ramifications of Indian elections reverberate across the global political spectrum,” he appended.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi also directed barbs at Rahul Gandhi, predicting that in the ongoing Lok Sabha elections, the scions of the Congress Party will face defeat in the Wayanad constituency of Kerala, necessitating a quest for a secure electoral haven thereafter.

“Having forfeited Amethi, the progeny of the Congress Party shall also meet their match in Wayanad. Consequently, they shall find themselves in pursuit of a sanctuary come April 26,” the Prime Minister quipped. In an implicit reference to Sonia Gandhi, he noted that certain INDIA bloc stalwarts had transitioned from the Lok Sabha to the Rajya Sabha “owing to an absence of fortitude to contest elections.”

“Significantly, this will mark the first instance where the family refrains from endorsing a Congress candidate in their residential constituency, owing to the absence of a party nominee,” he remarked. Importantly, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is slated to deliver an election rally in Parbhani to rally support for Mahayuti candidate Mahadeo Jankar.
