On Wednesday, Delhi recorded a minimum temperature of 6.2 degrees Celsius, two degrees lower than the usual, while Jammu settled at 6.4 degrees Celsius, Mussoorie at 6.8, and Shimla at 9.2 degrees Celsius. The plains are experiencing a swift decline in temperatures, courtesy of the cold winds rushing down from the mountains. The daytime temperatures are also witnessing a decline, with a maximum temperature of 22.2 degrees Celsius recorded.
