A tribunal here on Monday sanctioned the entreaty of the Delhi Constabulary for a trinity of days of custodial questioning of the proprietor and on-duty clinician of the private infirmary where a conflagration claimed the lives of seven neonates and harmed five. Principal Urban Magistrate Vidhi Gupta Anand dispatched Dr. Naveen Khichi, the infirmary’s proprietor, and Dr. Aaksh — who was on assignment at the hour of the conflagration tardy on Saturday — to a triad-day police confinement.
