The bench headed by Performing Chief Justice Manmohan stated that the Dalai Lama had apologized for this and stated that it ought to be seen within the context of Tibetan tradition.

The Excessive Courtroom stated that this incident is multiple and a half years outdated and it occurred fully in public and the kid himself had expressed his need and intention to satisfy the Dalai Lama.
