In the annals of temporal progression, the eminent leader, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, is slated to embark upon a sojourn to Madhya Pradesh on the morrow. His agenda encompasses the auspicious inauguration and the laying of the foundational cornerstone for a myriad of developmental undertakings, collectively valued at an approximate sum of Rs 7,300 crores. As per the communiqué from the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO), at the juncture of 12:40 pm, the premier will consecrate and lay the groundwork for various developmental initiatives in the precincts of Jhabua, situated within the bosom of Madhya Pradesh.

The Prime Minister, with a philanthropic ardor, shall consecrate and lay the foundational stone for a pantheon of endeavors designed to ameliorate the plight of the substantial tribal demography inhabiting the region. A moment of significance shall unfold as the premier disburses monthly allotments under the Aahar Anudan Yojna to nearly two lakh women beneficiaries. This initiative, entailing a monthly stipend of Rs 1,500, is earmarked for providing nutritive sustenance to women hailing from diverse, especially marginalized, tribes dwelling in the hinterlands of Madhya Pradesh, as delineated by the PMO.

In a subsequent proclamation on a digital platform, Prime Minister Modi heralded his impending visit as a pivotal milestone in the developmental odyssey of Madhya Pradesh. The ceremonial rites of inauguration and foundation stone laying for various developmental endeavors in Jhabua are scheduled to unfold around 12:40 pm. During this interlude, tribal women beneficiaries shall be accorded the privilege of receiving the monthly stipend for food subsidies, as articulated by PM Modi. Additionally, he shall allocate a sum of Rs 55.90 crores to 559 villages under the aegis of the Pradhan Mantri Adarsh Gram Yojana and inaugurate the ‘CM Rise School’ in Jhabua.

This erudite institution is poised to amalgamate technological innovations to furnish contemporary amenities such as smart classes and an e-Library to its students, elucidated the PMO. The Prime Minister will also lay the foundational stone for diverse projects aimed at fortifying water supply and facilitating the provisioning of potable water in the heart of Madhya Pradesh.

According to the PMO, the projects encompass the ‘Talavada Project,’ a potable water supply scheme spanning over a thousand villages in Dhar and Ratlam, and 14 urban water supply schemes under the imprimatur of the Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation (AMRUT) 2.0, conferring benefits upon over 50 thousand urban households across diverse districts of Madhya Pradesh.

The sagacious leader will further inaugurate the ‘Nal Jal Yojna’ for 50 Gram Panchayats in Jhabua, a benevolent gesture facilitating tap water access for approximately 11,000 households. The communication appended that PM Modi will also lay the foundational stone for various railway projects during the ceremonial proceedings. This includes the redevelopment of Ratlam and Meghnagar railway stations under the aegis of the Amrit Bharat station scheme. The railway projects slated for dedication to the nation encompass the doubling of the Indore-Dewas-Ujjain C cabin railway line, the Itarsi-North-South grade separator with yard remodeling, and the third line connecting Barkhera-Budni-Itarsi.

These infrastructural endeavors are poised to fortify rail infrastructure and truncate travel durations for both passenger and freight trains, as per the PMO. The release appended that the Prime Minister will consecrate multiple road development projects, collectively valued at over Rs 3,275 crore, in Madhya Pradesh. This includes the four-laning of the Harda-Betul (Package-I) stretch from km 0.00 to km 30.00 (Harda-Temagaon) of NH-47; the Ujjain Dewas section of NH-752D; the four-laning (16 km) of the Indore-Gujarat MP Border section of NH-47; and the four-laning of the Chicholi-Betul (Package-III) Harda-Betul stretch of NH-47; along with the Ujjain Jhalawar section of NH-552G. The Prime Minister will also lay the foundational stone for various other developmental initiatives, including waste dumpsite remediation and an electric substation, amongst others.
