In a scathing rebuke, Prime Minister Narendra Modi accused the Congress of obtaining a dual PhD in corruption, asserting that opposition factions are demeaning the essence of the Constitution by wresting away the entitlements of Dalits, tribals, and marginalized communities.
During a campaign rally in Hoshiarpur, PM Modi declared his unwavering commitment to safeguarding the reservation rights of these demographics. He decried the Congress and INDI Alliance’s agenda to revoke the reservations of Dalits, tribals, and backward classes, redirecting them solely to the Muslim community.
“Their endeavor to segregate the populace by offering reservations on religious grounds is an attempt to fragment our nation. However, their machinations have been laid bare by Modi, resulting in their ire and relentless castigation,” remarked the Prime Minister. He lambasted the Congress as the epitome of corruption, asserting its proficiency with a dual PhD in the art of malfeasance. Furthermore, he contended that their actions constitute an affront to the foundational principles of the Constitution.
Turning his attention to the AAP-led administration, PM Modi criticized its failure to eradicate the drug menace in Punjab, instead, turning it into a lucrative enterprise. “Upon their arrival, they pledged to cleanse Punjab of narcotics, yet they have now embraced it as a revenue stream. The proliferation of the mining mafia and gang warfare has exacerbated the situation,” he lamented, accusing them of presiding over the decline of both industry and agriculture in the region. He derided their policies and slogans as hollow promises.
“Punjab epitomizes valor and gallantry, yet the INDI Alliance disparages its heroes. They were the ones clamoring for proof of surgical strikes. The concerted efforts of the Congress and INDI Alliance to undermine our armed forces are reprehensible,” declared PM Modi.
He unveiled a comprehensive plan for the forthcoming 125 days, outlining the government’s agenda for its third term. “The upcoming initiatives and pivotal decisions of the administration have been meticulously outlined,” he affirmed.
