In the heart of New Delhi, Prime Minister Narendra Modi orchestrated the dissemination of over 100,000 letters of appointment to freshly enlisted recruits during the Rozgar Mela, employing the conduit of video conferencing this Monday. Concurrently, through the same digital medium, he laid the foundational cornerstone for Phase I of the intricately woven edifice, ‘Karmayogi Bhavan,’ destined to foster collaboration and synergy among the diverse pillars of Mission Karmayogi.
While engaging in the virtual discourse, the Prime Minister extended his felicitations to the burgeoning youth and their kin. “Presently, more than a hundred thousand individuals have been bestowed with letters of appointment for governmental positions. Your triumph has been sculpted through tireless diligence. I extend my heartfelt congratulations to each of you and your families,” he remarked. Casting a critical gaze at the previous administration’s sluggishness in job provisioning, PM Modi commented, “The process of providing employment to the youth in the Government of India is swiftly advancing. In bygone administrations, the time span from job advertisement to the issuance of appointment letters was exorbitantly protracted.
During that era, the pernicious game of bribery thrived in the interstices of this protracted delay. In our tenure, we have meticulously instilled transparency into the recruitment processes of the Government of India.” Adding emphasis, he articulated, “Furthermore, the government ardently advocates the adherence to stipulated timelines in the recruitment process. Consequently, every young individual now stands on an equitable footing to demonstrate their competencies,” he appended. The Prime Minister lauded the central government’s efforts in rendering the recruitment procedure transparent, stating, “Our government has meticulously unveiled the transparent facets of the recruitment process.
We endeavor to conclude the process within predetermined temporal confines, ensuring every youth receives an equitable platform to showcase their prowess. Presently, every young mind harbors the conviction that they can carve a niche for themselves based on their diligence and aptitude. Since 2014, our earnest endeavor has been to integrate the youth with the Government of India, fostering their role as contributors to nation-building,” expounded the Prime Minister. Shining a spotlight on the nascent training complex materializing in the national capital, PM Modi articulated its role in fortifying capacity-building initiatives. “Today, the foundational keystones of an Integrated Training Complex have also been laid in Delhi.
I am sanguine that this innovative training enclave will serve to augment our capacity-building initiatives,” he proclaimed. “From 2014 onward, we have sought to integrate the youth into the mainstream, empowering them to play an active role in nation-building. Over the past decade, we have generated 1.5 times more employment opportunities compared to the preceding administrations. Presently, an integrated training complex has been inaugurated in Delhi, fostering confidence in our commitment to capacity-building,” PM Modi affirmed. The recruitment surge is sweeping through the annals of Central Government Departments, and State Governments/Union Territories that align with this initiative.
The newly recruited cadre is poised to join the ranks of the Government in various Ministries/Departments including the Department of Revenue, Ministry of Home Affairs, Department of Higher Education, Department of Atomic Energy, Ministry of Defence, Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Ministry of Tribal Affairs, and Ministry of Railways, encompassing diverse roles. The Rozgar Mela marks a pivotal stride toward fulfilling the Prime Minister’s unwavering commitment to accord the highest precedence to employment generation in the nation.
