Kolkata: The West Bengal authorities has issued present trigger notices to a number of government-aided faculties. It’s alleged that college students and lecturers are becoming a member of the continued protest towards the rape and homicide of a trainee woman physician at RG Kar Medical School and Hospital throughout faculty hours.

Officers conscious of the matter stated that present trigger notices have been issued to a number of faculties in Howrah, Bankura, East Midnapore and West Midnapore. A minimum of three government-aided faculties in Howrah have been issued notices for involving college students within the rally and an evidence has been sought inside 24 hours.

‘Such actions pose a risk to college students’
The discover issued by the state authorities stated, “We have now come to know {that a} rally has been organized by the lecturers and college students of your faculty on 23 August 2024 throughout faculty hours.
