Raipur: The political uproar over the arrest of Devendra Yadav is just not going to cease. Congress held a press convention in Raipur on Sunday. Congress introduced that “they may maintain a gathering of MLAs on the twentieth”. After the assembly, “on the twenty first, there will probably be a powerful protest towards the federal government throughout Chhattisgarh”. Congress has made it clear that “they don’t seem to be going to be afraid of the federal government’s motion”. Deepak Baij stated that “we stand with Devendra Yadav. We won’t be afraid of BJP’s vendetta politics”.
‘BJP is doing vendetta politics’: Through the press convention, state Congress president Deepak Baij claimed that “if the police or administration has any CCTV footage associated to the incident, then it must be made public. If any Congress employee or chief is discovered responsible, then I’ll personally take him to the police station”. Baij alleged that “the federal government is harassing the opposition and their leaders to cover its failure”. Baij stated that “Devendra Yadav’s arrest exhibits that BJP leaders are annoyed”.
