In this arena, Ajit Pawar has fielded his spouse Sunetra Pawar against Supriya Sule. A tumult brews within the Pawar household, accusing the BJP of engineering a rift among them. During an event held in Katewadi, Ajit Pawar’s sibling Shrinivas Pawar asserted that he had hitherto supported Ajit Pawar but no longer, citing the impropriety of afflicting Sharad Pawar in his twilight years. Shrinivas Pawar also expressed his personal conviction that Ajit Pawar lacks merit. Shrinivas Pawar’s spouse, Sharmila Pawar, also censured Ajit Pawar during an event, remarking, “At times, divine providence places us at crossroads where tough decisions must be made. This is a profoundly delicate moment for us all. It is poignant.”

Sharmila Pawar further conveyed that the anguish they presently endure will eventually resonate with Ajit Pawar. “Thus, today, we stand united. We comprehend both joy and sorrow. In every familial unit, conflicts may arise, a phenomenon hitherto unfamiliar to our kin but one that has now materialized,” she articulated emotionally.

Emphasizing the paramountcy of venerating the elders within one’s abode, Sharmila Pawar asserted, “It is superfluous to extol Mr. Pawar’s contributions. Each ought to rally behind Saheb (Sharad Pawar).” She issued a heartfelt plea, questioning why any member of their kin would harbor ill will towards him.
