New Delhi: The Supreme Courtroom on Monday directed the West Bengal authorities to elucidate the premise of its determination to designate 77 communities, most of them Muslims, as Different Backward Lessons (OBCs). A 3-judge bench headed by Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud, comprising Justice JB Pardiwala and Justice Manoj Mishra issued discover on a plea filed by the West Bengal authorities towards the Excessive Courtroom verdict and likewise on the state authorities’s plea in search of keep of the Excessive Courtroom verdict.
