In Rudrapur, nestled in Uttarakhand, Prime Minister Narendra Modi emphasized anew his government’s unwavering commitment to combatting corruption, undeterred by threats or vitriol.

Launching the BJP’s campaign from Rudrapur, Uttarakhand, PM Modi highlighted the significant strides made in developmental endeavors over the past decade compared to the preceding half-century, addressing a fervent gathering at the Vijay Shankhnad rally on April 2 in Rudrapur, Udham Singh Nagar.

“True progress emerges from righteous intentions. Our aim is to propel Uttarakhand to the vanguard of development,” asserted PM Modi at the spirited rally.

Despite facing adversity in the form of corrupt coercion and verbal assaults, the Prime Minister affirmed that wrongdoers would inevitably face legal consequences, with efforts to prosecute them persisting.

Khilendra Chaudhary, Uttarakhand BJP General Secretary, hailed the rally as a monumental event in the annals of Indian politics.

Commending the PM’s declaration that the forthcoming decade would be dedicated to Uttarakhand’s prosperity, Chaudhary praised the fulfillment of lofty expectations. This marks PM Modi’s fourth visit to Rudrapur, cementing his commitment to the region.

BJP cadre and supporters brimmed with enthusiasm in anticipation of the PM’s rally. Preparations included a cleanliness drive under the ‘Swachh Bharat Abhiyan’ at the rally site, alongside extensive outreach efforts to maximize attendance.

Chaudhary, overseeing rally arrangements, anticipated a groundswell of public affection and support for the PM.

“We anticipate unprecedented turnout. Each visit by the PM to Uttarakhand has been auspicious. Though constrained by the model code of conduct, the PM’s contributions to the state are substantial,” Chaudhary remarked.

Pushkar Singh Dhami asserted that the rally on April 2 would serve as the clarion call for elections, welcoming the PM to Devbhoomi and anticipating enduring resonance among the populace.

Uttarakhand, set to commence polling on April 5, commands five Lok Sabha seats, all secured by the BJP in 2019. CM Dhami expressed confidence in replicating the electoral success, with an expanded mandate.

“We are privileged that the PM has inaugurated his campaign from Rudrapur, a nexus of agriculture and industry. We anticipate a resounding victory across all five seats, surpassing the previous electoral triumph,” Dhami affirmed.
