New Delhi: Union Agriculture Minister and former Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Shivraj Singh Chauhan fiercely focused the Congress within the Rajya Sabha. He mentioned that the Congress was in energy for years, however by no means paid severe consideration to the irrigation system.
