Adani Household to Elevate Rs 4,197 Crore by Promoting Stake
New Delhi: Ambuja Cements shares rose on the final day of the buying and selling week. Ambuja Cements share worth rose greater than 4 per cent in early offers on BSE, amid studies of promoters promoting some stake via a block deal. Ambuja Cements share worth opened at Rs 654 on Friday, whereas its earlier shut worth was Rs 632.90.
Promoter stake sale to happen in the present day
In accordance with media studies, Adani Group, a significant shareholder of Ambuja Cements, is planning to promote about 3 per cent of its stake via a block deal on Friday. It goals to lift $500 million i.e. about Rs 4,197 crore.
