OnePlus, the renowned Chinese smartphone manufacturer, is all set to launch its debut foldable phone in India today. Market speculations are already branding its camera as a competitor to the Samsung Galaxy S23. The launch event can be watched on the company’s official YouTube channel, and the phone is scheduled to be unveiled at 7:30 PM. Before the official launch, some key details about the OnePlus Open have already been leaked. As per tipster Abhishek Yadav, the expected price for the OnePlus Open in India is approximately INR 1,39,999. The first sale of this smartphone is slated to begin on the 27th of October.

The OnePlus Open boasts a 7.8-inch 2K Inner AMOLED display, paired with a 6.31-inch Outer AMOLED display featuring a 120Hz refresh rate. This smartphone runs on Android 13 and is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor. It offers LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage for optimal performance. The foldable phone is expected to pack a 4800 mAh battery with 67W fast charging capabilities, providing seamless power support. Additionally, the device features an alert slider for user convenience.
