Kumar, an associate of Chief Minister Kejriwal, currently faces interrogation regarding allegations of assaulting Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal at the Chief Minister’s residence. His temporary relocation to Mumbai was aimed at retrieving crucial data from his device, which had allegedly been tampered with prior to his arrest.
