Prime Minister Narendra Modi has seemingly succumbed to a crisis of self-assurance, stumbling through his oratory, as he grapples with the realization that the BJP may not cling to power at the Centre, stated Samajwadi Party leader Akhilesh Yadav on Sunday. Asserting that the INDIA coalition is poised to assume governance, he declared that post-June 4, the date designated for vote tallying, a transformation will sweep through the Union cabinet and the media landscape.

During an electoral rally championing the party’s Salempur candidate, Ram Shankar Vidyarthi, Yadav vowed to abolish the Agniveer scheme should the INDIA coalition secure victory. Critiquing PM Modi, he remarked, “When self-assurance evaporates, eloquence stumbles. He acknowledges the impending downfall of his administration. The triumphant momentum initiated in western Uttar Pradesh has surged into the seventh phase. Those who chanted the ‘400-paar’ slogan are destined for defeat.”

Asserting that public discontent with the BJP had reached its zenith, Yadav proclaimed, “The nation’s 140 crore citizens will reduce the BJP to yearning for even 140 seats.” “The Modi administration has absolved industrialists’ loans amounting to over Rs 25 lakh crore. The INDIA coalition government will reciprocate by absolving farmers’ debts and instituting MSP for them,” he concluded.
