In a scathing retort directed at Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s characterization of the INDIA coalition as the ‘Bhanumati’s lineage’, Akhilesh Yadav, leader of the SP, asserted on Saturday that the BJP’s lineage would crumble after June 4. During an electoral gathering in Fatehpur on Friday, the prime minister declared, “Thus far, four phases of elections have transpired across the nation. However, the common populace has vanquished the INDI Alliance solely within these phases. Bhanumati’s lineage is fracturing; it has capitulated.
There exists a lack of inclination towards exertion in the forthcoming elections. The members of the INDI Alliance were previously disheartened, (and) currently, they have ceased departing from their residences,” he appended. Mocking the prime minister, Akhilesh Yadav, while addressing an electoral assembly in Balrampur on Saturday articulated, “Subsequent to the completion of four election phases, the BJP has already suffered defeat on all fronts. The BJP’s chariot is not ensnared; it has collapsed,” Yadav declared.
The lineage fostered by the BJP through coercion and enticement will disassemble, for post-June 4, the BJP’s regime will vacate the Centre,” he supplemented. Campaigning for the party’s candidate, Ram Shiromani Verma, from the Shravasti Lok Sabha constituency, Yadav expounded, “The populace has now comprehended the calculus behind ‘400paar’ indicating that the BJP will solely clinch seats fewer than 140.”
Furthermore, he alleged that the BJP had absolved loans amounting to Rs 25 trillion of prominent industrialists over the past decade but neglected to waive the loans of agriculturists and the impoverished. “This administration does not advocate for the impoverished and agrarians, but rather for industrialists,” he articulated.
He voiced, “The BJP administration is one that leaks examination papers. Throughout its tenure, examination papers have been consistently leaked, imperiling the prospects of the youth. Instead of dismantling the residences of the individuals responsible for the leaks, the homes of the destitute are being razed,” he lamented.
The sixth phase of the general elections will encompass 14 constituencies across UP, including Sultanpur, Pratapgarh, Phoolpur, Allahabad, Ambedkarnagar, Shravasti, Domariyaganj, Basti, Sant Kabir Nagar, Lalganj (SC), Azamgarh, Jaunpur, Machhlishahr, and Bhadohi. The electoral balloting is slated for May 25.
