As narrated by Inspector Neeraj Sharma, the overseeing officer at Sikandra police station, the victim disclosed her romantic entanglement with a certain Mohit, domiciled in the environs of Gayatri Vihar Colony. She recounted how Mohit lured her into rendezvous and subsequently led her deep into the thickets proximal to the Kailash Temple.
