Gorakhpur: The accused Sonu Singh, who’s serving jail sentence for the homicide of his brother, got here to the courtroom on Monday. Throughout this time, he escaped from police custody. The Cantt police is trying to find him vigorously. There may be panic within the police division after the incident.

The accused Sonu Singh is a resident of Barigaon in Sikriganj police station space. He murdered his elder brother Balendra Singh (45) by slitting his throat with an axe in greed for cash. It was instructed that each the brothers have been dividing the cash of the offered area in a drunken state. This dispute between the 2 passed off on Saturday itself.

On this case, Sikriganj police had registered a homicide case on the criticism of the watchman and arrested the accused Sonu Singh. On the evening of Saturday, July 20, there was a dispute between Sikriganj resident Sonu Singh and his elder brother Balendra Singh over the division of the cash obtained for promoting the land. Sonu had offered the land and home in entrance of the home for Rs 1.20 lakh. Balendra was demanding his share in it. Whereas Sonu mentioned that the land was his share. It’s alleged that when the dispute between the drunken brothers escalated, Sonu attacked Balendra with an axe.

He attacked Balendra’s neck as soon as, resulting from which his neck was minimize and he died on the spot. After the knowledge of the homicide, CO Khajni Yogendra Krishna Narayan and Sikriganj SO Upendra Mishra reached the spot together with the crew. The police took Balendra’s physique into custody and arrested the accused Sonu. He didn’t run away from the home after the homicide. The police recovered the axe used within the homicide and arrested Sonu.
