Agra: The work of the second metro hall in Tajnagri Agra will quickly decide up tempo. Larsen & Turbo (L&T) has obtained the tender for the development of the second hall of Agra Metro of Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Company (UPMRC).

UPMRC Deputy Normal Supervisor (Public Relations) Panchanan Mishra mentioned that the second hall of Agra Metro is about 16 km from Agra Cantt to Kalindi Vihar. It has 14 elevated metro stations. This time a lump sum tender has been completed for the second metro hall.
Earlier tenders had been being completed just for a distance of 5-6 km. Now to start with, soil samples can be taken resulting from this metro hall. It’s possible that the development work of the second metro hall will begin in October 2024.
