On Tuesday, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath proclaimed that Uttar Pradesh is on the cusp of evolving into a hub for data centers, with Lucknow standing out as a key center for artificial intelligence (AI).

“Presently, three operational data centers exist in UP, and an additional eight are in the pipeline. The state government is actively shaping Lucknow into an AI-centric city, with the collaboration of students from IIM-Lucknow and Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (Lucknow),” expressed the CM during a conclave titled ‘Destination UP – Emerging Hub for AI in India,’ part of the groundbreaking ceremony 4.0.

Progress is underway to establish an AI center at Gautam Buddh Nagar University in Greater Noida. The inauguration of new centers in various districts promises employment opportunities for the state’s youth in their hometowns, the CM emphasized.

Yogi Adityanath urged investors to grasp the potential of Uttar Pradesh, encouraging them to seize the opportunity today, or regret a missed chance in the future.
