In the heart of a scorching heatwave and amidst a dire shortage of water in the nation’s capital, a clash erupted over access to a communal tap, resulting in injuries to three individuals in Dwarka, authorities reported on Sunday.
Law enforcement officials disclosed that they responded to two separate distress calls from Sector 23, Dwarka, regarding a confrontation. A dispatched team promptly arrived at the scene to conduct an inquiry. “Upon initial assessment, it was determined that three individuals sustained injuries during the altercation and were subsequently transported to Indira Gandhi Hospital for medical attention,” stated a senior police official.
Authorities further elaborated that both conflicting parties provided statements leading to the registration of two cross FIRs. “Specialized teams have been assembled to delve into the complexities of the case,” affirmed the officer.
