The report emphasises that Canada’s ‘Non permanent International Employee Program’ (TFWP) is giving rise to trendy types of slavery, institutionalising energy imbalances in favour of employers and depriving employees of their rights.
The Non permanent International Employee Program permits Canadian employers to rent international nationals to handle momentary labour and talent shortages. Other than TFWP, different immigration programmes are additionally obtainable for international nationals wishing to work in Canada.
